Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at serickredjepov@gmail.com with photos of the issue. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
